Official Language
English is the official language of the Congress. Simultaneous interpretation into FRENCH, GERMAN, PORTUGUESE and SPANISH and will be available in certain rooms (to be announced).

An official letter designed to assist in meeting administrative requirements in some countries is available for download on our site. Please be aware that his letter does not imply any obligation or financial commitment from the Organizers
Liability and Insurance
The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
