STUDENT registration should be accompanied by a letter from the head of your department and by valid student card confirming your status.
It will only be considered student, the undergraduate student, one whose academic degree doesn't allow him to be a licensed veterinarian.
SENIOR registration fee applies to participants over 65 years old. The form should be accompanied by a copy of the passport

For payments by bank transfer please use the Individual Registration Form and send it duly filled to wbc2012@admedictours.pt. After receiving the form, we will send you all the data you need to proceed with the bank transfer.

Accomodation
BOOKING
Hotel Accommodation on-line is closed. If you need accommodation please contact the Secretariat: wbc2012@admedictours.pt
- Accommodation was reserved in various category hotels during the congress dates – 02 / 08 June 2012. Extra nights are subject to confirmation.
- Rooms will be offered on a "first come-first served" basis.
- If your choice is no longer available a similar alternative accommodation will be offered.
- Room availability is guaranteed by Ad Médic Tours until March 29. Late booking can be made after this date but is subject to availability.
- In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and all payments will be non-refundable.
- Possibility to change a booking free of charge until March 29. Any change after this date will be subject to a handling fee of €20,00.

RATE INDLUDES
- Rates are in Euros and include taxes and breakfast at hotel restaurant.
- Shuttle bus to Lisbon Congress Centre will be available during Congress days only for reservations made trough Ad Médic Tours.
- Please check the schedule and nearest Bus Stop from your hotel at Hotel Reception.
- The majority of the hotels are located within approximately 20 minutes drive to the Lisbon Congress Centre (Vila Galé Opera is the only on site).
CONFIRMATION
- Each participant will receive an individual confirmation. Accompanying people do not receive a confirmation. Please use this confirmation as a voucher.
ECONOMIC ACCOMMODATION

But please be advised that our Secretariat bears no responsibility for any reservations made through this website, nor will you be entitled for the shuttle service provided by the Organization.
GROUP BOOKING
We are pleased to offer a special booking service to groups of 10 people or more. For more information please contact us. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.
PAYMENT
- All bookings must be fully prepaid.
- Payment of accommodation should be made in EUROS
- On-line Registration can only be paid with credit card.
- If you wish to pay by bank transfer please download the individual form and send it duly filled by e-mail or fax, together with copy of bank transfer.
- Please do not forget to identify your bank transfer with participant name on it.
- After payment is recorded on our account you will receive the receipt of your bank transfer (estimated 10 days). If we do not acknowledge your payment during this period please contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes or cancellations have to be made by mail or fax. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
- Cancellations received until 29 March - No penalties will apply
- Cancellations received from 29 March until 30 April – debit of 50% of total stay
- From 30 April on – No refund
- For groups cancellation policy according to contract. Please contact us.
- All refunds will be processed until 90 days after the Congress, minus bank fees applied and €20,00 Euros administrative fees.
- In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and all payments will be non-refundable.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.
CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in: After 3 p.m.
Check-out: Not later than 12 a.m.
There might be slightly check-in time differences according to the hotel.

The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE and AD MÉDIC TOURS act as agents only in securing hotels, transport and travel services and cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, lost, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind during arrangement organized through contractors.
Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public in general. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.
All disputes are subject to the Portuguese law and place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Lisbon
